You can restore your Suitcase Fusion setup from an archive file, if you have to recover fonts or sets that have been deleted. For information on creating a Suitcase Fusion archive, go to Backing up your Suitcase Fusion font vault.
Note: Suitcase Fusion archives aren't cross-platform; you can't restore an archive created in Suitcase Fusion for Mac to Suitcase Fusion for Windows, or vice versa.
If you have cloud libraries, Suitcase Fusion will download any changes made to those libraries after you've restored from the archive. Fonts and sets deleted from a cloud library can't be recovered.
Restoring from an archive in Suitcase Fusion for Mac
Open Suitcase Fusion and choose File > Font Vault Archive > Restore. You will see a warning that Suitcase Fusion will restart while restoring the archive; click Restore.

Suitcase Fusion will display a dialog asking where to find the archive. By default, an archive file is named "Suitcase-xxxx-xx-xxTxx-xx-xx.macbackup" (where the X's are the date and time the backup was created). Suitcase Fusion saves archive files to your Documents folder by default.

Click Open to continue. Suitcase Fusion will deactivate any active fonts, restore the font vault from the archive, and restart.
