Note: This article uses "office" to refer to computers and copies of Suitcase Fusion used in a workplace and "home" to refer to computers and copies of Suitcase Fusion used remotely, but these tips apply in any situation where you are using Suitcase Fusion in more than one location.
How many copies of Suitcase Fusion can I log in to at once?
A Suitcase Fusion license seat allows you to log in to two copies of Suitcase Fusion at a time. If you try to log in to a third copy of Suitcase Fusion, you will be asked to either force the other copies to log out or to try again.
You can log out of another copy of Suitcase Fusion--ideally, a copy on an office computer you won't have access to--and click Try Again to continue. If you can't get to an office copy of Suitcase Fusion to log out, click Log Out Other Machines to log you out of your other copies.
How do I get Suitcase Fusion on my home computer?
You can download the latest installer for Suitcase Fusion from the Suitcase Fusion Support page. For more information, go to Installing Suitcase Fusion.
How do I migrate my fonts and sets into my home copy of Suitcase Fusion?
Cloud libraries are automatically downloaded into any copy of Suitcase Fusion you have logged in to. For more information on cloud libraries, go to Put your Fonts in the Cloud.
If you only have local libraries, you can make an archive of the font vault in Suitcase Fusion on your office computer and restore it to Suitcase Fusion on your home computer. For more information on creating a Suitcase Fusion archive, go to Backing up your Suitcase Fusion font vault and Restoring from a Suitcase Fusion archive.
Can I share my fonts with my coworkers?
If you have Suitcase TeamSync, you can add fonts to your shared libraries and coworkers who share those libraries will see those fonts appear automatically. To learn more about TeamSync libraries, ask whoever manages the fonts in your organization or go to Libraries in the Suitcase Fusion online help.
