I want to import multiple users into Suitcase TeamSync.
Description of Environment
This article applies to the current version of Suitcase TeamSync.
How to Resolve the Issue
You can import multiple user accounts into Suitcase TeamSync as a comma-separated text file (CSV). Each line must have an email address, first name, and last name:
- Log in to the TeamSync administration site at teamsync.extensis.com
- Select the gear icon, then select Import Users
- If you want the users in the file to replace existing user accounts, check “Remove users not included in import file”
- Click Choose File and select the .csv file, then click Open
NOTE: If you have more user accounts in the CSV file than you have available sets, you will get an error dialog: “You do not have a sufficient number of licenses available to complete the user import. Please purchase additional licenses and try again.”
