If you need to change or reset your password, you can do this through the My Profile page of your extensis.com account.

Forgot Password to Your Extensis.com Account
- Go to the My Account homepage
- Click on Forgot Password
- Enter email address associated with your account
- If this email address is in our system, you will be sent an email containing a temporary password to log in. We highly recommend you change your temporary password immediately.
Next steps: To change your password
- Log in to your My Account homepage
- Select My Profile
- Click Change Password
- Type your current password
- Type your new password
- Retype your new password and select Create New Password.
Note: If you are a user of Suitcase Fusion 7, Fusion 8, or TeamSync, you’ll now use this password to log into the application.
Reset Password to Suitcase Fusion 7
If you’re having trouble logging into Suitcase Fusion 7 or the product is not accepting your password, you can request a new temporary password through the log in screen.
Note: If this email address is in our system, you will be sent an email containing a temporary password to log in. We highly recommend you change your temporary password immediately.
NOT RECEIVING THE PASSWORD RESET EMAIL?
- Check your junk/spam folders.
- Check you entered the correct username/email address for your Extensis account.
