When I try to install the Portfolio Media Engine on Windows, the installation fails and I get an error that states: "Internal Error 27555. C:\Program Files (x86)\Extensis\Portfolio\Media Engine\applications\...\, the requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context. ,14007".
The Portfolio Media Engine installation will fail if there is no local account named "Administrator" on the Windows server. To work around this issue, create an account named Administrator and add it to the administrators group. Once the installation is complete, you can delete the account if necessary. This issue will be addressed in a future version of the Portfolio Media Engine installer.
