Only Contract Administrators of business/enterprise accounts will be able to update credit card information. Managed users will not be able to access this information.
Update Billing Information on Your Subscription
TeamSync subscriptions purchased through the Extensis.com store will renew automatically. If you need to update the payment information for your TeamSync renewal, the Contract Administrator can do this directly through their Extensis.com account.
- Have the Contract Administrator Log into their Extensis.com Account
- Select MyProducts
- Select the TeamSync tab, then click the subscription's line to expose the license management console
- Under Auto-Renew click on Disable Auto Renewal
- Select Enable Auto Renewal
- You’ll be prompted to enter a credit card number or PayPal billing information.
NOTE: Your card will not be charged until your subscription is due.
