Annual TeamSync subscriptions purchased through the Extensis.com store will renew automatically. If you need to cancel or update the payment information for your TeamSync subscription, the Contract Administrator can do this directly through their Extensis.com account.
- Have the Contract Administrator log into their Extensis.com Account
- Select MyProducts
- Select the TeamSync column to expose the product
- In the right hand side of the page, Click the Disable Auto Renewal option next to Auto-Renew. This will stop automatic billing. Access to software and services associated with your subscription will end on the renewal date listed.
