Your Extensis.com account is the control center for all information related to your account. You can access your order history, view and manage your product registrations, download software, renew your TeamSync subscription, and update your personal profile. You can also use your Extensis account to contact Product Support.
It's easy to remember your Extensis account ID. It's the unique email address you first used when you started your trial or purchased an Extensis product.
Access Your Extensis Account
You can access your Extensis account in one of the following ways:
- Access your account at extensis.com by signing in with your unique email and password.
- In the TeamSync Admin or Suitcase Help menu, you can sign into your Extensis account.
Manage Your My Profile
In My Profile, you can set you language preference, change your password, update your personal profile, and add a VAT number to your account.
Manage Your My Products
In My Products, you can access your product history. This includes licensing and installers for registered Extensis products.
Suitcase Fusion 7, 8, and 9:
If you purchased multiple copies of Suitcase Fusion 7, 8, or 9, and want to update the email address associated with your Suitcase Fusion login, you can add/remove/edit your user(s) in My Products. Click on the Suitcase Fusion tab below My Products to display your licensing information and any assigned users.

If you are the primary License Administrator for TeamSync, you can renew your subscription, update payment information, and add additional users to your subscription.

View Your Order History
Any order placed direct at Extensis.com will be listed in Order History. You can print a PDF of your order history and add a VAT number to your receipt if needed.
