The email address connected to your Extensis.com account will be used to login to the Extensis website and will be used to log into any products that require a login such as Suitcase Fusion 7, Fusion 8, and TeamSync.
Next Steps: To Change Your Email
- Log into your Extensis.com account here.
- You should be taken to My Profile If not, select My Profile toward the upper left of the webpage.
- To make changes, click update profile info.
- Locate the text field labeled “Email Address/Account ID”, and delete the existing email address:
- Enter your new email address.
- Select Save Changes.
- To confirm the changes, click continue.
- You'll be prompted to log back into your account.
For users of Suitcase Fusion 7, Fusion 8, or Suitcase TeamSync: If your old email address was assigned to a Fusion 7, Fusion 8, or TeamSync license, it will also be updated with the email change, and you’ll be able to login to Fusion 7, Fusion 8, or TeamSync with your new email address.
NOTE: If you’ve already created an extensis.com account with the new email address, but have licensing under the old address, you’ll need to contact Customer Service.
