With user help, we have identified additional conditions where a user can be logged out.

(Mac) Added options for creating or selecting a vault when logging in as a different user

When you attempt to log in to the Connect Fonts desktop app as a different user, you’re told you need to create a new vault or select an existing one for the user logging in.

We have added buttons to facilitate this directly from the message.

Logged out of Connect Fonts shortly after login

We have addressed several issues that could cause a user to be logged out almost immediately after logging in. We thank the users who have experienced this behavior for their feedback and especially their patience.

We believe we have covered every case where this could be happening but if you see this behavior, even if greatly reduced from the past, we’d like to hear about it. Addressed an issue where many users were being asked to log in every time they started the Connect Fonts desktop app. [TS-3286]

Added two toolbar buttons to easily switch between the desktop application and the Connect Fonts web application.
- The (Connect Logo) will open your browser and log you in to Connect Fonts.
- The (Robot Icon) will open the browser, log you in, and display information about new web-only features.
