The most recent update of Adobe Illustrator CC 2021 (ver. 25.1) has resulted in issues with the plug-in communicating with Suitcase Fusion ver. 21. Our development team is currently working on a fix for this.
At this time we recommend rolling back to Adobe Illustrator 25.0.1.
