Extensis doesn't collect any personally-identifying information, and participation is voluntary and optional.
What information does Portfolio collect?
Extensis collects system and application information such as:
- System platform, operating system version, available CPU/processors and memory
- Extensis product versions and feature usage
- Web browser versions
How does Extensis use the information it collects?
We review collected information to help us make product improvements and plan the development of new features.
Note: Portfolio requires an internet connection to collect application information. If Portfolio can't connect to the Extensis servers, it stores the information and transmits it once the connection is restored.
How does participation work?
When installing Portfolio, the installer displays a Product Improvements window asking for your consent to collect information about application usage. If you don't wish to take part, uncheck the checkbox.
Can I stop participating?
Yes, you can opt out at any time.
Does Extensis have a privacy protection policy?
Yes, Extensis works hard to protect your privacy and uses information collected to improve our products and solutions. The information collected doesn't contain any personal details and is not useful outside of Extensis.
