After a computer reboot, or when launching the Universal Type Client application, users receive a message of “Your server credentials are no longer valid” or the client will respond with "Server Unavailable".
Description of the Environment
This only occurs with client machines running Universal Type Client 6.1.7.
You can resolve this in one of two ways. Once prompted or at the login screen, perform the following steps:
Change the Server name/DNS name to the IP address and leave the port set to 8080.
Change the port number to port 8443 and leave the Server name/DNS name as it is.
