Description of Issue
When reviewing reports in the UTS User Management Application, user sees message "There was an error while processing your request. The error was: Unable to authenticate the user. Secure Key information not found."

All Universal Type Server 7 versions on all supported versions of OS X and Windows Server.
How to resolve the issue
This error typically appears when switching to a report before the initial report has fully loaded. Waiting for the first report to load will allow users to switch between reports without issue.
