You can import a batch of users into Suitcase TeamSync. Create a text file; each line must have an email address, first name, and last name, separated by commas:
psmith@example.org,Peter,Smith sdoe@example.org,Sally,Doe tsmith@example.org,Tara,Smith vdoe@example.org,Victor,Doe
Log in to your TeamSync subscription. Click the gear menu icon and select Import Users.

By default, the import file creates user accounts if they don't already exist. If you want to replace your current user accounts with the contents of the import file, make sure "Remove users not included in import file" is checked. Click Choose File and select your import file, then click Open.

The imported users will be added as Read Only users. For information on changing the user permissions, go to Assigning Suitcase TeamSync licenses to users.

Note: If you have more user accounts in your import file than you have available licenses, you will get an error message: “You do not have a sufficient number of licenses available to complete the user import. Please purchase additional licenses and try again.”
