When you open Suitcase Fusion for the first time, it creates a local library to hold your fonts and sets.
You can create new libraries in Suitcase Fusion to group fonts into separate collections. To create a new library, click New Library.
Suitcase creates a new set named Untitled Library. Enter a name for your new library (like "Synced Library") and press Enter.
You can select fonts in the font view of your existing library and drag them to the new library. You can also create new sets in the library to organize your fonts.
Enabling TypeSync on a library
We recommend keeping your Suitcase Fusion font collection in a TypeSync library. TypeSync copies your font and set information to the Extensis servers; if you log in to Suitcase Fusion on another computer, Suitcase recreates your TypeSync libraries automatically. Suitcase Fusion syncs changes made to a TypeSync library on one computer to the others. You can't make changes to a TypeSync library while Suitcase Fusion while is offline; we recommend keeping a separate local library if you need to add or organize fonts while offline.
To enable TypeSync on a local library, select the library and choose File > TypeSync > Enable TypeSync. Suitcase Fusion moves the library to the TypeSync Libraries section and uploads your information.
Disabling TypeSync on a library
To disable TypeSync on a synced library, select the library and choose File > TypeSync > Disable TypeSync. Suitcase Fusion turns the library back into a local library and removes the copy of the library from the Extensis servers.
Note: Disabling TypeSync on a synced library in one copy of Suitcase Fusion will delete the library from the other copies.
