Note: These instructions assume that you have purchased a single-license subscription for Suitcase Fusion. If the owner of a Suitcase TeamSync subscription or Suitcase Fusion multi-license subscription has assigned a license to you, see “I didn’t purchase my copy of Suitcase Fusion” later in the article.
When you open Suitcase Fusion for the first time you will be asked to accept the end user license agreement, then you will see the login screen.
Enter the email address and password of the Extensis account you used to purchase Suitcase Fusion and click Log In.
You will be given a series of options to select. If this is your first time using Suitcase Fusion, you should use the recommended settings; you can change them later in the Suitcase Fusion preferences if needed.
Click Continue to move through the setup assistant, then click Finish. Suitcase Fusion will open the main window.
I didn’t purchase my copy of Suitcase Fusion
If the owner of a Suitcase TeamSync subscription or Suitcase Fusion multi-license subscription has assigned a license to you, you will use the email address the welcome email was sent to when you log in.
If the Extensis account was set up for you, or you don’t remember the password, you can request a new password by clicking “I forgot my password” on the login screen or by going to the Forgot Password form.
