This article describes how to move an existing Suitcase Fusion installation to a new computer running the same version. Using cloud libraries to migrate your font vault
When you convert your local libraries to personal cloud libraries, Suitcase Fusion copies them to the cloud; when you log in on another computer, Suitcase Fusion downloads all of your cloud libraries automatically.
- Open Suitcase Fusion and select your font library from Local Libraries
- Choose File > Cloud Libraries > Convert to Personal Cloud Library
If you have more than one local library, you must select and convert them individually.
Creating an archive and restoring it to another computer
You can create a Suitcase Fusion archive and restore it to the copy of Suitcase Fusion on the new computer. For information on creating and restoring Suitcase Fusion archives, go to Backing up your Suitcase Fusion font vault and Restoring from a Suitcase Fusion archive.
