This article covers changing your temporary or existing password for your Extensis account or for your Extensis products such as Suitcase Fusion, Suitcase TeamSync or Extensis Connect.
Follow these steps to change access your products:
- Visit extensis.com.
- Click Login at the top right corner, then select Existing Customer.
Under Returning Customer, enter the email address and password for your Extensis account.
If you forgot your password or did not receive a password email from Extensis, click Forgot Password.
- Once you have logged in, click the person icon in the upper right corner and select Change Password
- Enter the temporary password that was sent in the Extensis email, then enter and confirm your new password.
