For current customers on Extensis Connect (ver 27.x and later):
- Go to connect.extensis.com (or open the Extensis Connect client)
- Enter your email address
- Click the Forgot password link below
For current customers (ver 26.0.5 or earlier) or billing:
- Visit buy.extensis.com
- Enter your email address
- Select "Forgot password"
- Follow the prompts to reset your password
Changing your password in Connect:
- Log into connect.extensis.com (or open the Extensis Connect client)
- Select the Avatar ( the circle with initials in the top right corner) > Preferences
- Click the "Click here" link under Accounts
