Digital Asset Management: Portfolio Server
As of March 9th 2026, Axle.AI acquired the Portfolio Server product line and set up a dedicated subsidiary, Portfolio DAM. LLC, to handle the Portfolio business.

As of 24th November 2025, GeoWGS84 has acquired our full line of geo spatial software including GeoExpress, GeoViewer and ExpressServer.
Tools:
In 2005, Extensis sold its Photoshop Plug-ins and QuarkXpress XTensions to On1 Software. The following products were included with the sale.
