Users in certain roles ( normally the Account Owner and/or Billing Contact ) can make changes to your Connect Fonts subscription from your Subscriptions page.
Renewing Subscription and Previewing your Renewal Cost
Selecting Manage > Renewal shows you a preview of what your renewal will cost. This page can be printed for your convenience.
If Auto-renew is active, you will NOT see a Renew button.
- To manually renew your subscription you must turn off Auto-renewal first.
Turning off automatic renewal
Select "Turn off auto-renew".
If you turn off automatic renewal, use the Renewal option to pay for your subscription.
Automatic renewal can be turned back on by selecting "Turn on auto-renew".

Adding and removing seats
Selecting "Change quantity" lets you add or remove seats from your subscription.
- NOTE: If you are wanting to change the number of seats and you have a renewal date approaching. The best time to do this is BEFORE the renewal date.
- Specifically removing seats, doing so after renewing will result in the seat count being changed when the subscription renews again ( this is sometimes in a year ) and your subscription being renewed for more seats than you need.

Canceling your subscription
Note: Canceling your subscription can't be undone; if you want to reactivate your subscription at a later date, you can submit a support request.
Assigning seats to your users
Only users that are Admin Users on the subscription can manage users.
Click on Manage next to your subscription information and select "Manage users".
