The Connect subscription must have enough seats if users are being migrated.

If your UTS server has 15 users, your subscription will need 15 seats.

The migration tool goes over one seat to make room for the Administrator that the migration tool needs, but if there are not enough seats, we will be unable to proceed until there are enough seats -OR- we are only migrating over Fonts and Workgroups
A recent backup file from UTS 7
- Make sure the backup contains the workgroups you want to migrate to Connect Fonts; remove any workgroups you don't want migrated.
- Workgroup names should only use alphanumeric characters and spaces.
- Backup files created from older versions of UTS are not supported.

Each UTS user must have a First & Last Name and their own unique email address
Both First and Last Name can only contain plain ASCII characters ( i.e. ABCabc ) and accented characters are not accepted.
It may not be possible to migrate some postscript fonts from a backup file. If specific PostScript fonts are needed in Connect Fonts, They can be manually exported out of UTC and into the Connect Fonts Desktop app by following these steps: Exporting PostScript fonts from Universal Type Server to Connect Fonts.
