Issue
When reviewing reports in the User Management Application, you see the message "There was an error while processing your request. The error was: Unable to authenticate the user. Secure Key information not found."
Environment
All versions of Universal Type Server 7 on all supported versions of macOS and Windows Server.
Solution
This error typically appears when switching to a report before the initial report has fully loaded. Waiting for the first report to load will allow users to switch between reports without issue.
