Libraries
Connect Fonts uses font libraries to make subsets of fonts available to specific groups of users. There are two types of libraries:
-
Team Libraries are libraries shared among a small team or workgroup.
If you are a member of a Connect Fonts team, your team’s libraries will appear in the Team Libraries group.
Team Libraries must be created in Connect Fonts for Web by an administrator. -
Personal Libraries are libraries that only you can access.
You can sync fonts in a personal library to any of your personal systems.
To create a Team Library:
-
Click the
Add icon in the Team Libraries header.
-
Enter a name for the library.
-
If you want to add users to the library, click in the Users field in the Create Library window, then choose a user from the list.

Sets
You can group fonts into “sets” within each library. Use sets for specific clients, jobs, applications, templates, or whatever organizational purpose you require. An ad agency might create sets for client names or job numbers, while a magazine publisher might create sets for each article.
To create a set:
-
Click the
ellipsis menu next to the name of the library where you want to add the set.
-
Choose New Set from the menu.
-
Type a name for the set.
To create a set from a selection of fonts:
-
Select the library where you want to add the set.
-
Select one or more font tiles.
-
Right-click in one of the selected font tiles and choose New Set from the shortcut menu.
Connect Fonts creates the set with the selected fonts.
-
Type a new name for the set.
