Global permissions allow an administrator to manage user access at a subscription wide scale.
Located in Admin>Users>Global Permissions:
Personal Libraries
Control all users access to personal libraries. When turned off, you can grant specific users this permission (see Connect Administration: Adding, Modifying and Removing users)
Subscription Fonts
Control user access to the Google Fonts Third Party Library. When turned off, you can grant specific users this permission
Monotype Fonts ( requires Connect + MTF / Connect + MTF Agency )
Controls access to the Monotype Fonts Library. When turned off, you can grant specific users this permission
