What Is Required for a User to Provision?
Users added via Provisioning in Microsoft Entra ID require the following fields to be present in the User's object:
- First Name
- Last Name

Users Not Adding into Connect After Being Added to a Group Provisioned in Microsoft Entra ID
Provisioning automatically runs on a cycle of every 40 minutes. If the user is needed immediately you can "Provision on demand" in Enterprise applications>Extensis Connect Provisioning>Provisioning
Group Removed From Provisioning Not Removing from Connect
When a group is removed from Provisioning in Microsoft Entra ID, it will need to wait for the automatic cycle (runs every 40 minutes) before the effect is seen in Connect
What Happens if I Provision More Users than I have Seats in Connect?
You will see an error in Connect under Notifications:
Please free up seats on your subscriptions, or purchase additional seats
User Updates Not Reflected in Connect
Updates to a user's first name, last name, or email address in Entra ID will be reflected once Entra's regular automatic provision is run (about every 60 minutes). If you need it updated before this you can manually run the provision job in Enterprise Applications>Extensis Connect Provisioning>Provisioning>Provision on demand.
