Connect Administration: Managing your Account

The Product page gives details about your subscription. Notably, it tells:

  • The features that you are subscribed to;

  • How many seats are used (and how many are available to be assigned);

  • The expiration date for the account;

  • The amount of storage space that the account has;

  • The date that the current user viewed and accepted the Monotype Connect Service Agreement.

    Click View Policy to read the Service Agreement.

Note: The Account Name displayed in the Product page corresponds to the account that you logged in to.

(You would be automatically logged in to an account if it is the only one you belong to, or was assigned to be opened when you logged in.)

You can change the account from the account menu. See Select Account.

Manage your account

Click Manage to:

  • Add (or remove) seats;

  • Add (or remove) additional storage;

  • Renew your subscription;

  • Cancel your subscription;

  • Manage your payment method.

Notes

  • When you add a seat to your Assets subscription, you also add 1TB of storage to the available asset storage space.

  • Added seats and storage are pro-rated through your renewal date.

  • When you remove an Assets seat, you lose 1TB of storage.

  • Removals don’t take effect until your subscription renews.

  • Cancellation doesn’t take effect until the end of your subscription.
