You can add storage space for Connect Assets and user seats for Connect Fonts (TeamSync) or Connect Assets. (You don’t need to purchase storage space for Connect Fonts.)
To purchase these add-ons, you need to use the purchasing agent’s credentials. This is the Extensis ID (email address and password) that your organization used to subscribe to Connect.
Adding seats

Visit https://buy.extensis.com/account/subscriptions.
If you are logged in to Connect using the purchasing agent credentials, click Admin, then click Product, then click Manage.

Log in as a Returning Customer, using the purchasing credentials.

Under Subscriptions, locate your subscription for Connect Assets or Connect Fonts (TeamSync).

Click the vertical ellipsis menu
at the top right of the subscription pane and choose Change quantity.

The Change Quantity window shows the current number of seats in your subscription under Current Quantity. Use the +Add button under New Quantity to increase your total number of seats, then click Confirm.
Adding storage for Connect Assets
If you are running low on space for your assets, you can add more, in increments of 1 TB.

Visit https://buy.extensis.com/account/subscriptions.
If you are logged in to Connect using the purchasing agent credentials, click Admin, then click Product, then click Manage.

Log in as a Returning Customer, using the purchasing credentials.

Under Subscriptions, locate your subscription for Connect Assets.

Click Show available add ons (immediately below your subscription info).
If instead your subscription already includes extra storage, see If you have already purchased more storage below.

Next to Extensis Connect Smart Storage, click Select. Set the amount of storage to add, then click Go to Checkout.

In the Almost done window, check the confirmation box at the lower left, then click Confirm purchase.
Once your order has been processed, you can log out, or click Customer Center for more options.
If you have already purchased more storage
Click the vertical ellipsis menu at the top right of the existing storage information pane and choose Change quantity.
In the Change Quantity window, set the quantity of added storage for your subscription, then click Confirm.
Confirming your purchase
To confirm your add-ons, log in to Connect using the purchasing agent credentials (https://connect.extensis.com/administration/billing).
The Product pane shows the features of your account: Font (TeamSync) Seats, Asset Seats, and Storage used and total available.
