Versions 27.0.3 and later
Starting with version 27.0.3 Connect's login was merged with the Monotype environment allowing one login for both platforms. If you have any Monotype accounts, first try using the same password for these products in Connect
Versions 27.0.0 to 27.0.2
If you're having trouble logging into Connect, start with resetting your password:
- Login to connect.extensis.com
- Enter your email address
- Click the "Forgot Password" link below the password field
If you do not get a password reset email please check your spam and trash folders
Versions 26.0.5 and earlier (LEGACY)
If you're having trouble logging into Connect, start with resetting your password:
- Login to buy.extensis.com
- Enter your email address
- Click the "Forgot Password" link below the password field
If you do not get a password reset email please check your spam and trash folders and have your IT make sure that the donotreply@extensis.com address is not blocked.
